Getting Fit Again!

When you are going through an injury, you will find that your physical fitness will deteriorate very quickly. This not only create pain but also secondary issue may also rise. In order for you to make your recovery smoother without complication, you will need thorough guidance from physiotherapy team.



There are different stages of rehabilitation and our team will assist you on:

  • EARLY STAGE: Pain management and Early mobilisation

  • MID STAGE: Gradual strengthening and functional task training to allow you to gradually return back to work (suitable duties)

  • LATE STAGE: High intensity rehabilitation targeting specifically to your work / occupation, and this may include gym based rehabilitation
